Ingredients:
100g oats
Teaspoon linseeds
Serving of MM5
Preparation:
Mix a serving of MM5 with 200mls of water
Mix oats, linseeds and dried fruit in a bowl and pour over MM5
Leave over night in the fridge to soak and devour in morning.
Power Pancakes
Tastes so fine you won’t believe it’s doing you good.
Ingredients:
3 egg whites
75g of oats
Teaspoon sultanas
Serving MM5
Preparation:
Blend oats and egg whites together in a food processor adding water if necessary to ensure fluid mixture, add sultanas and poor into a hot nonstick pan. Cook for a minute and flip to cook both sides of the pancake.
Mix MM5 with 75-100ml of water to make a treacle like consistency, pour over pancakes.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Toast
Snickers shouldn’t be eaten for breakfast, but this combination will convince you that you can.
Ingredients:

Wholemeal bread
Natural peanut/almond butter
Preparation:
Toast two slices of wholemeal bread. Spread with natural peanut butter.
Mix serving of MM5 with just enough water to create thick paste and spread over the top of the peanut butter.

Preparation:
